What is the difference between the options “Pay My Bill Online” and “Pay Using Quick Pay”?
The difference between paying your bill online and paying your bill online using quick pay is the amount of access you will have to your account; both options require a login through SmartHub. Quick pay only requires your account number and last name to pay your bill and you will only be able pay your bill. You will not have access to your billing and usage history, the ability to report an outage or autopay options. If you want unlimited access to your account and the ability to view and pay your bill, access your billing and usage history and report an outage, you will need to login to SmartHub, using your designated email and password combination.
