Youth Tour

Washington, D.C. Government In Action Tour and Steamboat Springs, CO Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp are available to high school sophomores and juniors in Pioneer Electric’s service territory. Please note: The Washington, D.C. “Government in Action” Youth Tour will be June 13-19, 2026 and the Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp in Steamboat Springs, Colorado will be July 10-16, 2026.

To complete your application please submit the following electronically. The information must be received by 12 P.M. on December 3, 2025.

Selection will be made without regard to the applicant’s race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender or physical handicap. Two winners will be selected for the Washington, D.C. youth tour and two winners will be selected for the Steamboat Springs, CO leadership camp. Selection is based on the completed application and interview. Information regarding our scholarship program can be found here.
