Pioneer Electric offers two options for new members to set up their electric service. New members may set up their service in person or through our new online platform.
Start New Service Online
Members may set up service online by submitting all information digitally. Once the correct forms have been submitted, a member of our customer service team will contact you via email with your deposit amount required before starting your service. Deposits may be paid in person at our office during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) or through any of our other payment options.
Start Service In-Person
New accounts may be opened during office hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) by visiting our office at 1850 West Oklahoma in Ulysses or calling 620-356-1211 or 800-794-9302. If you or your representative are not able to come to the office, new account forms can be emailed or faxed to you. If these forms are not completed and presented in our office, they must be notarized as indicated on the form. These security measures are to help protect our members from identity theft.
