The Pioneer Electric Helping Us Give to Society (H.U.G.S.) team presented Noah’s Ark Preschool of Johnson, KS with a $3,000 grant for its facility on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. The grant will be used for the school’s bathroom remodel project.
“Our two west bathrooms are in need of a remodel,” said Pastor Erik Miravete, of Fields Memorial Wesleyan Church. “The bathrooms are used by our preschool. Remodeling them will provide a better facility for the students, teachers and their families.”
The project plans include new toilets, sinks, light fixtures, flooring and paint.
“It’s an honor to provide Noah’s Ark Preschool with a H.U.G.S. grant,” said Ruby Terrazas, H.U.G.S. team member. “H.U.G.S. is about helping our communities grow and thrive.”
