Ways to Pay Your Bill
Members have several options to choose from to pay your bill. Be sure to include the bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Nonresidential members cannot make payments via a debit or credit card. Questions regarding nonresidential payment procedures may be directed to our office by calling 1-800-794-9302.
Pay Online
Pioneer Electric members can make payments with an e-check or valid MasterCard, VISA, Discover credit or debit card. Payment with credit or debit card is unavailable to nonresidential members. Nonresidential members are able to make payments online through e-check. To pay your bill online, simply create or login to your online energy account.
Pay By Phone
To pay your bill by phone call 866.999.4505 and follow the operator prompts. You can use your checking account or valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Nonresidential members will be able to make a payments with pay by phone through their checking account.
Direct Withdrawal
Tired of having to remember to pay your electric bill every month? Pioneer Electric offers a convenient alternative. You may make your payment automatically by signing up for Direct Withdrawal. You will receive a statement each month from Pioneer Electric to let you know how much your bill is, so you can record the amount in your checkbook.
To start Direct Withdrawal, you must follow these instructions:

- Complete the form and return it to Pioneer Electric.
Members may complete an application to establish a direct withdrawal payment plan through their bank for their electrical usage.
Traditional Mail
Your monthly bill from Pioneer Electric may be paid by mail. Return envelopes are included with your monthly billing statement.
Pay In Person
Payments may be made in person at the Pioneer Electric office. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. For our member’s convenience, a drive-through window and a drop box is located on the east side of the building.
Pay By Kiosk
We have recently installed a kiosk station in the Rolla City Hall. This is a central location where members are able to pay their bill during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. It will also accept cash at the exact amount; any additional amount will be added as a credit to the account.

Pay With MoneyGram
Pay in Person
We have recently partnered with MoneyGram to give you another option to pay your Pioneer Electric Cooperative bill. There are several MoneyGram locations within our service area and you can even pay your bill from any MoneyGram location worldwide. To find a MoneyGram location, visit MoneyGram.com/BillPayLocations.
Simply grab the blue, MoneyGram ExpressPayment® form while visiting any MoneyGram location, fill out the form with your account information and put in the Pioneer Electric Cooperative receive code 16372 along with your account number. After completing the form, take it and the amount due on your bill to the MoneyGram cashier. Hours vary based on participating business store hours.
