Donations and Sponsorship

We strive to remain committed to our communities and are proud to partner with local schools, organizations and communities on projects (and events) designed to brighten southwest Kansas. Please fill out the application below to notify our marketing team of your sponsorship or donation request. The below form does not guarantee any donations or sponsorship; questions may be directed to our office at 620-356-1211.

Pioneer Electric will not sponsor or make donations to events/organizations that:

Benefit a sole individual or do not directly benefit a community within our service territory. Eligible communities include those in Grant, Morton, Haskell, Kearny, Stevens, Stanton and Hamilton counties in Kansas.
Are designed to generate a profit for the requester
Promote a specified political or religious viewpoint
Doesn’t uphold to the cooperative principles

Pioneer Electric requires a W-9 form to process monetary donations and sponsorship. Organizations that do not have a W-9 form on file with Pioneer will need to provide one with their application.
