Start or Stop Service
New accounts may be opened during office hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) by visiting our office at 1850 West Oklahoma in Ulysses or calling 620-356-1211 or 800-794-9302. In order to establish electric service, a new member must come to the office and speak with a Customer Service Representative to fill out an application for membership and provide valid identification. Then a member must provide a credit history or pay a deposit for electric service.
If you or your representative are not able to come to the office, new account forms can be emailed or faxed to you. If these forms are not completed and presented in our office, they must be notarized as indicated on the form. These security measures are to help protect our members from identity theft.
