Buczynski Retires After 31 Years With Pioneer Electric

Henry Stands next to a retirement card from his employees.

On May 29, employees of Pioneer Electric gathered to see Henry Buczynski, work order clerk, off into his next chapter. Originally from Erie, PA, Henry joined the Pioneer family in 1988 and has since shared his talents with our members. A proud husband, father and grandfather — he credits his success to hard work, community and faith.

”Work should always mean more than just a paycheck,” said Henry. “It needs to be satisfying, fulfilling and purposeful— it should have a positive influence in your community.”

In addition to his service at Pioneer, Henry has served his country as a E-4 sergeant with the Air Force from 1970 to 1974. He was stationed in Vandenberg Air Command, in California, and worked on the flight line for a portion of the Vietnam War.

Today, he spends his free time in service of his ministry, a long-time passion of his.

“Helping others has always been important—not just spiritually but financially,” said Henry. “Working for Pioneer Electric has provided a mainstay for me and my church family.”

Our deepest thanks goes out to Henry for the many years of great memories. Thank you, Henry!
